I think I paid either 4.05 0r 4.09 yesterday in Mesa AZ suburb east of Phoenix. Usually cheaper on the west side if town. One gas station in Phoenix, near my job keeps running out with at least 2 or 3 pumps cause they have the gas .30 to .40 lower than other stations in the area.

I stopped in an Iowa convenience store late one night a few years ago. The only other customer there was buying 2 cartons of cigarettes. I mentioned he could get the cigs much cheaper at a Walmart a few blocks away. He said he knew but c-store prices were still much cheaper than Hellinois, where he was headed, and didn’t want to spend the extra time
