Doesn't it look like that painting is photoshop'd into the frame? The bottom of the frame is missing a decorative edge and is much narrower than the other three sides. Other observation is that the painting is too bright, as if the focus is to be on the painting because it is a message. Melania is just a distraction here.

The original painting is in a Museum in Romania, if I'm not mistaken.
