I still can't get a TS account...lol. For the past month, every day, I've tried to set up an account but have never received the confirmation email. VPN closed, cookies allowed, doing all they say to do to set up an account but no can do for 30 days straight.

I really don't know. My K2 is 100 mcg {micrograms}, small gel cap, 1 daily with food. That is just a daily maintenance dosage. Since bone repair occurs over weeks I just presume that the daily dosage is adequate.
