I think it’s a distinct possibility Pedo Joe didn’t know. A few reasons. His cognition, if you can call it that, is minimal. He’s doped up. He’s not driving the car, if you get my drift. He’s merely propped up, shifted around, with a tether. He’s a stage set, a prop.

TWO, imagine the manpower it would take to dismantle the derp state’s web of finances, and calculate how much was stolen and who stole it. Think about the mind boggling number of shell companies they operate. They deliberately obfuscate their wealth and transfers of wealth. You think that’s just gonna be a walk in the park, or...?
THREE, we’ve already seen how GEOTUS has been laying his traps, first with judge appointments, then with MAGA primaries... is it really such a stretch to think he might be doing the same thing here?

On a Submarine, “Roll and Pitch” are measured in different ways...To answer your question, I would say they are measured at the SCP (Ship’s Control Panel) using a “Bubble Level” (there are other instruments available).
A “VIP” on-board usually takes the XO’s(Executive Officer) “Stateroom”...then the XO takes a more junior officer’s “extra rack” (bed) or the Captain’s “extra rack”. Depends on how long the stay.
Of note, there are several communication and announcements circuits in the Captain’s Stateroom. The Captain or XO is often awaken for certain ship’s communications or actions and would, therefore awaken the VIP at odd hours.
