Only reason I mention my age is because I want all freezers to follow my health habits and live longer than lefty liberals. If I can do ballet dancing at 82, it proves daily aerobic 30 minute exercise is better than any vitamins, better than any nutrition supplements. I picked up daily exercise habit at age 59 to try to cure so many health issues I had and was forced to retire from a secure high paying job with government. Now I have zero health issues and age 100 in good health and with ample energy looks possible. Have a blessed day.

I'm quite a way behind you but nearing 60. I also have never had a prescription. I take daily walks (try to do 5 miles a day), eat healthy and get a lot of fresh air. I do take vitamin C, D and zinc supplements but that's it.
Never had the COVID either, even though many around me are coming down with it.
