Trump doesn’t have to be SotH in order to get back to the White House. That ‘succession’ is for Continuity of Gov’t in case of a nuke decapitation event. Otherwise there is a nom process and Congress votes. Or the Constitution is suspended because of the fraud and Trump gets what he earned in 2020 absent fraud.
Note, too, that that this ‘Continuity’ pre-supposes a functioning government, not one that is malfunctioning due to attack and in need of reConstitution.
