Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

The messages confirm my recollection that "Military is the only way" refers primarily to military intelligence as the only way to counteract the Deep State intelligence agencies such as CIA, FBI and the Deep State Department.

Q never said “The first arrest will shock the world”. It was something along the lines of the first arrest would confirm future course of action. I may be off on exact wording.
