When I went to vote in person yesterday, I brought my own ball-point pen. They did not demand I use their pen, but they did say there were pens in the booths. There were. Felt tip pens. Then, when I took the ballot to put into the machine, the lady asked me to “wave it around” before I put it in to make sure the ink was dry.
After 2020, I’m surprised everyone didn’t show up with their own pen, like you wisely did.
