Prepare to vote!
Trump has endorsed:
Governor: Bill Lee (incumbent)
US House:
TN-03: Chuck Fleischmann (incumbent)
TN-07: Mark Green (incumbent)
TN-01: Diana Harshbarger (incumbent)
Trump endorsed Lee??? (shakes head). Not me...not a chance.
I am hundreds of miles to the east, and I know the interstates that run thru that district.
“When you can’t name the interstates that run through your district you are likely not going to win.”
When I learned Ortagus didn’t know the nearby Interstates I could not believe it. I also could not believe that Trump endorsed her.
Shocked, shocked. People forget how bad it was here when under Demonrat legislative control. A 3rd world banana republic. Now we see that occurring in many formerly GOP states in the Northeast and West Coast.
We had some leftist nutjob woman (I think she was Indian, can’t remember now) come carpetbagging into my councilmanic district to run against our incumbent. Said she was the best thing to ever happen to “our district.” (Just ask her) When she lost to the incumbent, she packed up her stuff and left Nashville, deriding us as a bunch of backwards, racist hicks (in one of the most racially diverse seats).
I’ve seen that dog and pony show before with Ortagus. I still don’t know how she managed to snatch that golden ticket endorsement from Pres. Trump. That was one of his worst and least-researched endorsements.
Lee doesn’t have a single GOP opponent in the primary, so there wouldn’t have been anyone else for Pres. Trump to endorse.
I was born when Briley was Mayor. He’s been the least odious Mayor in my lifetime (even endorsed Nixon for President). The rest have been all leftists, from nuts to cemetery-sexing sluts.
Yes, indeed, we used to be a deeply, deeply, deeply corrupt state. Buford Pusser should’ve ended up as Governor instead of Lamar! Alexander. But he was way too much a threat to the corrupt Demonrat machine.
Silence is golden.
