no no NO NEVER! Don’t even think about cutting back on anything that takes the stinkum out of peewater. It is the ammonia in peewater that makes it work to tan leather. When one had a cow hide to tan the stinkwater is the thing that makes it work. Remember back when people saved their peepot water and sold it for a nickel to the local tannery.
And don’t make me remind you where the term “pixx poor” came from. And really poor people were referred to as “Pixx Poor” because they didn’t have a pot to “Pixx in.”
