Has the Covid vaccine ever been approved except for emergency approval?

Had a conversation with someone today and she said it is approved.

There is indeed a version that has been approved by the FDA, but the only vaccine that’s being given is still the Emergency Use Authorization formulation. As soon as the FDA-approved vaccine begins to be used on the public, the customer will have to be given the page with all the possible adverse effects warnings. Right now that insert is blank. I’m guessing the insert with information will be the size of a king size bed and will weigh 10 pounds. If that doesn’t chase the jabbee out of the pharmacy, nothing will. There may be some liability that attaches to big pharma for the approved version as well, while the EUA version has no liability. I’ve heard both yes and no for the former possibility.

Vaccines have been approved. But the approved ones aren't sold. Big Harma is still selling the EUA (emergency use approved) vaccines because there is no legal liability. If someone is harmed by a fully approved vaccine, then the supplier can be held liable.
