Have to wear a mask @ VA if you want to go in. I wear this without the hat. Never have to checkin with a human, they all know who it is.
And the VA will tell hearing disabled folks (like me) that they’re not exempt from wearing a mask, even if the state health department says in writing on their own website that they are.
I was told that, when I helped a relative at the VA hospital in CA; CA health department exempts hearing disabled from wearing masks.
They told me “we don’t follow state rules”.
