And the VA will tell hearing disabled folks (like me) that they’re not exempt from wearing a mask, even if the state health department says in writing on their own website that they are.
I was told that, when I helped a relative at the VA hospital in CA; CA health department exempts hearing disabled from wearing masks.
They told me “we don’t follow state rules”.
Definitely a Fed and Agency mandate. Doesn't matter that there is no Covid here. Doctors are embarrassed, but it is a job requirement.
