Many anons were salivating at the thought of the infamous Rachel Chandler coming out of the shadows but it seems more likely that Les Wexner has a greater chance of being arrested and exposed.

Direct Talks Between Top Russian and US Diplomats about Ukraine!

Diplomatic talks have been initiated between Russia and the US! I’m seeing it widely reported in Russian media but not so much in American media. Direct talks began between US and Russian Governments today, July 29, 2022.
PHONE CALL SUMMARY:
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke today via phone, at the request of the US.
According to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two spoke about the ongoing situation in Ukraine and the two newly recognized free states of Donetsk and Lugansk. Lavrov laid out Russia’s Special Operation plans to the US, and told Blinken that,
“Russia’s goals and tasks will be fully achieved”.
Lavrov emphasized that the weapons the Biden admin are sending to Nazi Ukrainian forces are,
“being used against civilians on a large scale, [and] is only prolonging the agony of the Kiev regime by dragging out the conflict and increasing the number of victims.”
Lavrov was also consistent in reiterating that the Russian MIL,
“strictly observe the norms of international law,”
and that both parties know the ones harming civilians are not the Russians but the Nationalist forces they are arming.
The two also spoke about global food security. Discussing food shipping agreements. With which Lavrov accused the US and NATO was,
“exploiting the problem to advance its geopolitical interests, which is unacceptable.”
They also briefly discussed possible prisoner swapping between Russia an US, with which Lavrov,
“strongly advised a return to professional dialogue in the context of ‘quiet diplomacy’ without any dubious media leaks.”

ANALYSIS:
For starters, it is BEYOND CRIMINAL that Western media are not widely reporting that the top diplomats from Russia and the US initiating direct talks about the proxy war in Ukraine… Once we see the contents of the phone call, we can see why Russia are reporting on it and the US are sweeping it under the rug.
The only thing I could find in Western media is a throwaway article from Reuters, and their headline is DISTURBINGLY misleading, as if the phone call was ONLY about food sanctions… and the article is only 2 sentences long… With which Reuters leaves out all the parts where Lavrov talked about the Nationalist Ukrainian forces using US weapons to kill civilians…
Compare and contrast how the East are advocating for diplomacy and transparency, while the West are manipulative and deceitful.
For me, the media’s silence CONFIRMS their complicity and that the Russian allegations are legitimate. Could you imagine if Pompeo called Lavrov, and Russia accused Trump of sending weapons to Nazis in Ukraine which were being used to kill civilians? EVERY LIBERAL CITY IN AMERICA WOULD BE IN FLAMES…
Anyways, in layman’s terms, Russia just directly told the US that they know about all their illegal shenanigans in Ukraine, they will complete their mission, all of it will be exposed, and there is nothing Biden or anyone can do to stop it. Russia pleaded with the US to stop supplying Russia and stand down because Ukraine’s defeat is inevitable and there is no point for more wasted life.
Lavrov and Russia are also EXTREMELY confident. Their posturing would insinuate that they believe they have complete control and they are not the least bit worried about US MIL intervention. Apparently, it’s not just Anons who think Biden doesn’t control the military. Looks like Russia feels the same way.
In conclusion, the Biden admin are quietly trying to defuse Ukraine, while hoping that no one hears Russia’s side of the story. Russia is not having any of it, and remain consistent with their intent to complete their special military operation, and ultimately hold military tribunals in Ukraine, for crimes against humanity.
In other words, according to Russia, eventually, it’s habbening.

It's possible that both of them (plus Kamala) were caught before the election, and have been playing their assigned roles (or have been replaced with doubles).
Remember when Kamala disappeared for a couple of weeks to get a facelift? Just a month or so before the election? She is not the same person who campaigned against Biden prior to the nomination.
Joe could disappear and be replaced at any time. He's never really there at all. Any stumbling, bumbling actor could step right in, and pick up the act (like a few days ago with the videos taken hours apart, with two separate actors).
