Gas prices in nw Arkansas have dropped about $1.00 per gallon over what they were just a couple of weeks ago — from the $4.69 range to $3.69 range.
Just paid $3.59 a gallon for 87 at Marathon in Franklin, Kentucky.
Drove from Northern Mississippi this morning to Detroit.
Price’s in Miss.,Tenn., Arkansas & Missouri where under $4.00 a gallon cash price.
Illinois, Indiana, Ohio & Michigan above $4.00 a gallon. About a 0.30 cent difference.
A least the day started of on a high note.😉
My concern is that the price of gas is temporarily low due to the law of "supply and demand".< br> Once China opens back up for business and eliminates covid lockdowns, the price of all petroleum products will shoot back up again.
Post #5 by FReeper GrandJediMasterYoda hits the diesel situation correctly : no diesel means no truck deliveries to grocery stores, or food prices even more inflated than now !
