See how many heart attacks/strokes/deaths among celebrities under 50 in that time frame.
Then Jan 2002 to Jul 2002.
and so on.
It’s easy to post glib suppositions.
But they mean nothing.
Go do the work and find out.

Also, 20 years ago, not all news was instantly transmitted the world around in seconds online. And I would say a considerably higher number of people are considered "celebrities" these days. Apples to oranges.
