The Belt and Road project (CCP) money runs through many, if not all, of these countries - except Japan...including Ukraine.
Now, I’ve got to recall which one of the Spy-thrillers (Clancy, Flynn, Ludlum)) wrote about CCP Belt and Road years before it became a reality.
It was specifically called out in one of those books as well as identifying UKR as the antagonist-region in the story.
I think it was a Mitch Rapp but I’m not sure.
If true, I might want to re-think Flynn’s early demise (cancer) in light of M.Crichton’s (State of Fear) early demise (cancer).
