True. Legally. But as a practical matter, unless something drastically changes (As we all hope), the NBC requirement died with Obama being sworn in.

I believe you’re correct on both counts, but as long as there is no court or Congressional challenge, their eligibility for those positions remains moot because they HAVE served unchallenged.
