I don’t believe any court case has considered the merits on that question for either Harris or Barry.

I don’t believe a court challenge on the NBC status of either one should properly be considered moot.

I believe you’re correct on both counts, but as long as there is no court or Congressional challenge, their eligibility for those positions remains moot because they HAVE served unchallenged.

As best I know, Harris's NBC status has not been challenged in court. As with Hunter's laptop, millions know of Harris not being NBC eligible since she was born to a father who was a Jamaican citizen and a mother who was an Indian citizen.

Barry's NBC status was challenged many times and many times, the bringer of such a suit was declared not to have standing.

When Dick Cheney presided over the Electoral College, he had unquestionable standing over Barry's Constitutional eligibility or lack thereof. Despite all the grievances brought forth in lawsuits concerning the question, the corrupt Cheney acted as if there was never a hint of doubt. He had nothing to say. The D's and DS'ers know he could have said and done anything, since, as Algore was wont to say, "There is no controlling legal authority" to gainsay anything Cheney might say or do as he so presided.

The same held true for Pence on 1.6.2021, which is why so much theater was planned to distract the citizenry from whatever untoward might have happened as the Left would see it.

Check-and-balance oversight of so much in the public's interest lies ready-to-be kicked to the curb and broken by corrupt agents within the system.
