I lost weight initially. But the real deal was removing the inflammation. Once that was gone, I started to really work my body hard. It has paid off. I was a chubby 175 and now down to 160 and can see my Adonis belt for the first time in, well, a really long time. Still got that hard belly fat, but working on it. I’ve rediscovered an age olde circuit training program - rake, hoe, shovel, pick axe, hoe, rake and repeat. A little time behind a sledge hammer don’t hurt wither.
Ditto that. Niacin took off an easy 10 pounds and then it made it remarkably easy to go through "75 Hard", which took off another 10 pounds. I actually made it "75 Harder" as I not only gave up alcohol for 75 days but also gave up chocolate. The niacin made it painless.
At 68 I'm healthier now than when I was a teenager.
I’ve got a prospect I want to reopen…🤠

Personally, I was never aware of any inflammation before starting to take niacin. Didn’t have aches or pains anywhere, and I’ve always regularly worked out. I’ve increased my lifting since then, though, back to what I was doing in my 40s... feels great! :-)
