In the old 'United States' - IMHO - all Clarence Thomas would have to argue to the Jan6 Comisery is that, by centuries of common law, a husband is not responsible for the actions of his wife.
I am not that much of a legal beagle but obviously the justice's wife is just a path to destroy the justice. I would be tempted to just advise her to appear and take the Fifth, have a 'spokesperson' with her to read a statement indicting the Jan 6 Comisery as an unconstitutional usurpation of the law. 🤷🏻♂️
