Q: If I’ve been taking this dosage daily since 2008, should I assume that I don’t need to increase my intake of B3? And, (2) what do you understand the \RDA\ of niacinamide to be?

The RDA for niacin is 16 mg. Dr. Dmitry Kats, the expert that I listen to, recommends at least 1 g (or 1000 mg), and 3-5 g if you have COVID, or are recovering from long-haul COVID or vaxx side-effects -- in which case you should be taking several other nutrients as well (especially creatine, betaine, and lipoic acid). See the "Hom3ostasis Protocol" for more info.

Not worried about COVID.
I’ve CKD (pernicious anemia), diagnosed in 2008.
Dr “recommended” Vitamin B supplements since there is no pharma route for it.

I’ve never “flushed” but so far a flush is a starting point and not required for on-going maintenance of niacin levels.

I guess I’m wondering if (1) is my body using the niacinamide or is it just pissed way? and (2) should I supplement my supplements with nicotinic acid?
Then, how much since I am on a steady niacin intake.
Sounds like it couldn’t hurt but I don’t want to spend money on something that just gets pissed away because it is in excess.
My understanding is that any Vitamin B not used is just passed along.
