So, are you saying that niacinamide is not absorbed into the system and simply passes through, unmetabolized?
Or, is it metabolized into something either un-useable or unhealthy?
My search sources say that nicotinamide is metabolized \into\ niacinamide before up-take.
Just trying to get clarification.
IF you don’t flush it ain’t working. You can mitigate the flush with melatonin and some other stuff, but as far as I know the flush is just something you have to endure.
