The real story is the abortion industry exists to cover up for rapes. There is no incentive to report and prosecute the rapist. That would be bad for future business of the abortion operation.

The illegal alien rapist appears to have been cohabiting with the 10 year old. When arrested, there was discussion about where the illegal would live that is separate from where the 10 year old rape victim lives. The illegal alien has gone unprosecuted due to "sanctuary city" policies.
