It's the 710, not the 110. The 110 is moving fine right now. And it's hard to say because every day starting at 1 pm, the 710 is jammed with trucks leaving the harbor. I used to live right off that freeway, so very familiar with it. I also checked Google maps and yes, the 710 is packed right now at 3:30 pm, but that's not unusual.
