Getting Rid of Joe Biden–Possible Scenarios
GATEWAY PUNDIT ^ | 7/8/2022 | larry johnson

With the U.K.’s Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, headed for the exits, it is worth exploring whether or not Joe Biden will last his term or be forced into retirement. With growing expectations that the Republicans will sweep the House of Representatives and take back the U.S. Senate, I believe it is worth exploring whether Democrats want to cut their losses before the election and dump Biden or will they encourage him to resign before the Republican-controlled legislative bodies take control in January.

If the Democrats wait until after the Republicans are sworn in to engineer Biden’s exit, they face a real risk of not being able to appoint the Vice President to fill the job left vacant by Kamala Harris, who would replace Biden. Why? Any nominee put forward by Harris would have to be voted on by both the House of Representatives and the Senate. Here are the relevant portions of the U.S. Constitution:

Article II, Section 1, Clause 6:

In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.

Twelfth Amendment

The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.

Twenty-Fifth Amendment, Section 2:

Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

Here are four possible scenarios:

Biden will not leave office except by medical means, either incapacitation or death. But when that happens, there are two options for the disloyal opposition.

One is to rub our noses in the Leftist excrement, let Harris become President, and replace her at VP with someone who makes Harris look rational (AOC, Stacey Abrams, Buttigieg, etc.). That would have to be done between now and November while the Congress is still in Dem hands.

The other is to replace the VP with someone who at least comes across as rational (Gabbard, Manchin, Synema, etc.). That would be done no earlier than Jan 21, 2023, so that Harris would at least have the opportunity of being elected twice and remaining President until 2033, while the VP would be relegated to useless tasks.

You mean insane as compared to the real truth on CNN and Fox Snooze?

How about we just call your alt media sources 'stupid'? That would put them on a par with CNN and Fox.

Every voter who casted their vote for Biden/Harris should hang their head in shame.

I have a notion that in a few years finding someone who admits to having voted for Biden in 2000 will be like finding someone in Germany in 1946 who admitted to having voted for Hitler.

If you’re really playing the political game - Biden is the gift that keeps on giving. Impeaching him - given his blunders, aloofness and general malaise that has surrounded his admin - isn’t good politics.

Gabbard, Manchin and Synema will never see the inside of the white house. They bucked the BBB bill. The dims see them as traitors to the party.

I can’t see Biden being removed from office involuntarily. After all of the time and effort the Democrats have put into propping him up, it would be an admission on their part that he was never fit to be president in the first place. They also have a problem with Kamala Harris. Their base would never allow them to remove “the first woman of color vice president” from office. My theory is they’ll continue to prop Joe up for another year, then have him announce he will not seek reelection in order to “spend more time with his family.” Kamala will enter the primaries for the 2024 nomination, but the Dems will engineer her defeat behind the scenes in favor of the candidate they want. Joe will be gone, Kamala will be gone, and the DNC will have plausible deniability.

Here’s the thing. The I’ll health has been floated since the spring of 21. While no spring chicken, Biden seems no worse for the wear since that time.

People forget what makes Biden so dangerous. He is a one term radical with both houses. Because he has no concern for re-election he has gone full throttle with no brakes. Anyone else including Harris would have some concern with the next election. Biden does not

He’s not in control. He’s the fall guy to start the dirty work. Someone’s else is controlling him. They’ll replace him before the next election. (Just pray they don’t take him out and try to blame the right) and Pray he isn’t replaced with someone worse.

No lie. My oldest brother, an Anon, told me God destroyed the guidestones because they were demonic and as a sign Trump and his band of white hats are winning. I find it interesting that God would use super natural powers to take down guidestones but not use super natural powers to save the children. I don’t think folks reason this stuff out. Plus they were posting memes of trump with dynamite and the guidestones a week or two prior. Someone acted on it.

Huh? You mean 1/20/2025. That’s when a new president is sworn in.

I don’t believe Gabbard was in office then. You are right about Manchin & Synema. However, Manchin will maneuver and try to get a Rat nomination buzz going.

Okay, I was not being clear. Someone puts a pillow over his face as he is sleeping and it is reported that he dies of "natural causes". When I said "removed", I meant "gotten rid of". I would put anything past the deep staters.
