Actually, the Hemoglobin loves CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) even more than it loves O2. As well, the hemoglobin loves CO (Carbon Monoxide) way more than either. The term that we use is ‘affinity.’ Hemoglobin loves Carbon Monoxide, a lot. Of course, the O2 and CO2 are things which are mostly active on such levels that even most microscopes are not able to make them viewable.
These molecules can impact your lives in ways that you may never have considered. Hemoglobin has an affinity for CO which can result in your death in short order if permitted to permeate the atmosphere near you.
I believe that most persons are unaware of such things.
