That is cool and brings back high school memories. I would swear I recognize that BI decor from the late 70s early 80s. That is very cool.
They need to make it a BK museum or something.

I remember the ads from the 70s with the Magic Burger King and the Duke of Doubt and Sir Shake ALot.

The Twitter user’s commentary is more disgusting than the condition of the restaurant.

She should contemplate the toad she saw in the mirror in her video. Definitely not a ‘70s or ‘80s figure. Terrifying.

I was noticing the other day that not everyone agrees with this but for a FAST FOOD place with not very expensive food, it is hard to beat whooper, shake, and onion rings.
Is anyone with me on that?
To: nickcarraway
This place is not f**ing and not terrifying either.
So what, old Burger King, not really dirty.
Why is this women (I suppose it is women) so exited?

This is often, the reason some chain restaurants demolish their older restaurants instead of just closing the doors and painting the windows.

Ad people had fun with that “Whopper” brainstorm at BBDO.
A few burger-chain purists said Burger Chef was the best. Went defunct years ago.
McDonald’s had to give way to the “health food” purists. The chain used to ecologically use the leftover lard to fry their apple pies and french fries, and they were much better-tasting that way. Now the pies aren’t even fried anymore, they’re baked. Miss Grundy likes to ruin everything.
My next essay will be on the original Wise potato chips.
