Trump woould love it! I mean Libya had the Great Man MAde river project until Obama destroyed it and caused massive thirst and food shortages there. We could easily design the hydrology and put this in place .........now thats infrastructure, and whats more its green infratructure....as a bonus that would send the left into braiin lock if conservatives pulled this off. I think its an excellent suggestion.
