According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department, a Johnstown woman accused of raping a 13-year-old kid she was tutoring handed herself into authorities on Monday.
After a lengthy investigation, Kristin M. Bellinger, 39, of Johnstown, was charged with second-degree rape, a class D felony. She is charged with having repeated sex with a young male in 2019.
According to deputies, Bellinger was giving the youngster tutoring outside of her responsibilities as a special education instructor at the Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery BOCES at the time.
The charges were initially brought up by the student with HFM BOCES administrators. The district said in a news release on Tuesday that the state Education Department, the student’s family, and the police were alerted right away.

This is a result of modern feminism in my opinion.
How?
If you look back at feminism politically and culturally, its earliest forms show its initial core concerns - which were men were immoral promiscuous thieves who promised “love” only until the fancy wore off or the woman became pregnant, upon which the man left her on her own.
It was in part a moral crusade against the immorality of some men, but men in fact in large enough numbers that early feminism was speaking out for the “abandoned woman” and the neglectful promiscuity of men.
But modern woman then met contraception, easily available abortion, “the pill”, and other modern “remedies to pregnancy” and feminism shifted. It morphed, immorally, into wanting the freedom to be as immoral as early feminism condemned men of being.
As many times as he can manage.😏😜
Thank you for saying this. It disgusts me when I see these posts.
“...are we going to have to start shooting them?”
Terrible teachers (rapists, and just plain-old bad teachers that don’t teach their students) harm the students, and in doing so harm our country. Treason.
I think hanging a few of them (or shooting them) in the public square would weed out the bad ones pretty quickly.
