I may be naive, or uninformed, but, there are so many methods of birth control available, that it surprises me that we seldom hear about that aspect of things. There is birth control and also self control, which would avoid the issues which lead to abortion in the first place.

What I’m getting at is that the need for abortion can be avoided by people being more responsible about certain personal behaviors.

Take a close look at the Pro-Death Abortion Crowd and you will see that they don't possess the intellect for these methods.

Yeah but...

An old work colleague of mine was a retired DI. He said no matter how many times they stressed it and told recruits, someone would get pregnant occasionally in the recruit classes.

Further, when women were first allowed to be on Navy ships some of them got pregnant too.

There is no protection from stupidity.
