West coast States consist of urban hellholes surrounded by suburban and rural sane people. I'm a Maryland native ... I do truly "get it".

In the large cities, what prevents the rat machine from having stacks of ready to go ballots, boxed up and in vans, and simply looking at the rosters to see who has not voted as of the close of voting, and then send in ballots in their names?

The cities with population, up and down the coast, as well as all major population centers, vote lib because they have a well oiled machine that results in that slant.
