:: EPA’s power to combat climate change ::
This may be the ruling that destroys the Green Movement*.
I’m watching closely for this one.
*Don’t eat so much spinach!
The EPA, any administrative branch/entity, should not have legislative powers. Every single EPA rule and regulation should be vigorously debated in the people’s house, not behind closed doors with a group of lobbyists and other financially-interested parties.
I hope that the USSC takes them down a few notches, takes down ALL the entities that think they are our rulers - EPA, DOE (educrats), FDA, CDC - all of them. All sets of regulations need to come through representatives of the people (although with our election system in its present state, the people in the house are probably 50/50 as far as elected honestly versus fraudulently right now).
Most of it’s a power grab anyway. The regulators have plenty of representation from the quasi-monopolies - car safety rules have Ford and GM involved, to the detriment of any new entities that want to start into the field. They pay “scientists” to claim whatever supports their new endeavor, their new rules, while caring not one wit what the people think, or what the facts are.
The government, in short, has gotten too big for its britches, and if the USSC doesn’t bring them down, then it will end violently.
