I’ve read their FAQ and to create an account it seems there is no way around not having a cellphone to receive a text. I don’t have a cellphone so I guess I’m one of the (few) individuals that TS is not interested in.

I guess they figure everyone has a cell phone. I finally got one in March. It was actually cheaper for DH and I each to have a cell phone than to continue paying for a land line and his cell phone.

PS All I use it for is calls and texting, DH disabled much of the other stuff, so battery charge lasts longer.

When I tried to sign up, they asked for my birthdate and email address but did not ask for a cell phone number. Weird..

There are a lot of security issues using a cell phone for internet security. it maybe the worst way for security. They're tying your computer with your cell phone. I don't own a cell phone either.
