If you were to read "Compromised", the 1994 book by Terry Reed, I think you would change your mind.
Barr was a CIA lawyer up to his eyeballs in the importation of many tons of cocaine in Mena AR, under the umbrella management of VP GHWB and Governor Bill Clinton.
This guy is not just a minor asset of the corrupt invisible government. He is a senior-level manager.
OF COURSE he refused to prosecute the treasonous RATS! He has always believed that government insiders are ABOVE ANY LAW. (Otherwise, he would himself be subject to prosecution for horrible crimes.)

Thanks so much for finding that! I searched for a couple of days to find out who he really was. I knew he was dirty being in the CIA and that close to 41. But, his misdeeds are well hidden.
Here’s where I’m stuck.
Witness-girl and Barr.
The assured posters everywhere who will declare Barr (and anyone else they annoint with hopium) to be a White Hat, I would ask why not witness girl.
They both testified, with relish, and threw Trump under the bus.
Except Barr did it speaking for himself, first person and declarativly. Brutally.
Witness Girl was strictly hearsay, but said so. She can’t be held for perjury, except for that note writing claim, which can be proven or disproven easily enough.
Barr is a clown and a show off. The girl had me as a white hat foil to entrap the stasi tactics of the J6 Committee, to demonstrate they will not bother to require corroboration. That’s basically lynching.
Btw, she lost her viability with me, concerning the note business. 😗
