Today, loyalty to the nation is again being questioned.
As the Pelosi-Thompson-Cheney circus rolls on in D.C., signals are given that the Democrats, have their sights set on more than just the former President.
Obviously, the primary purpose of the pseudo-hearing is twofold: Destroy Trump and keep January Sixth alive, until November.
Recently retired judge Michael Luttig, said the quiet part out loud:
“Donald Trump and his allies and supporters are still a clear and present danger to American democracy,”
The comment harkens back to the McCarthy era hearings and guilt by association. Once a communist always a communist has now turned to ‘Once a Trumper, always a Trumper.’
We can only imagine what lies ahead.
Seventy-four million Americans, committed no crime in voting for Trump, but are now considered to be a threat the country, just as were the McCarthy era communists.
That raises the question; what to do with these 74 million reprobates?
The treatment of the Jan 6ers in D.C. confirms the Democrats are not interested in following standard legal procedures. Solitary confinement, horrible food, beatings, no showers or shaves, rarely allowed outside, overflowing toilets, cockroaches, no bail, and rare lawyer visits are deemed to be acceptable treatment.

Elections have consequences. Stolen elections have terrible consequences.
They gonna round up 73.6 million folks? Better not get rid of all those prisons.
I am now, and always will be a President Trump ally and supporter.
I don't always agree with every decision Trump has made, i.e. both of his AG picks, but over all, for an ex-NY lib, the boy done good.
Dear Dennis Lund,
McCarthy was right, 100% right. The communists in our government, particularly the Dept of State were dangerous. They still sre.
And the Communists in society, particularly Hollyeood are quite dangerous.
McCarthy was right.
Unequal justice can survive in a nation only as long as the repressed allow it. Lord help those in power when the citizenry gets pissed off enough to stand up and say no more.
loud:
“Donald Trump and his allies and supporters are still a clear and present danger to American democracy,”
When someone steeped in law and American tradition and jurisprudence can say such a thing you know you’re not in America anymore.
When support for ‘their’ president, and support for their democrat politicians is at an all-time low, democrats are looking for a fight, which I’m 100% sure they’ll lose, at the ballot boxes and ‘otherwise’. The can’t win unless they’re allowed to cheat, steal, and incite and commit violence. A bunch of new sheriffs are coming to town, and you ain’t seen nothing yet.
They won’t need the prisons. They will gladly execute every single one of us.
We’re in the beginning of possibly a second civil war.
Although not as suave and careful of the way he said things as somebody like Ronald Reagan was, he was one heck of a President. I and many other thinking people were supporters of Donald Trump. Just compare his performance with what we have now to support the position these people are taking.
I quit reading at “McCarthy-era Communists.”
McCarthy was right, and anyone using his name as a pejorative immediately loses me.

Are you now or have you ever been a supporter of Donald Trump?
/\
I loathed trump , voted for Cruz in the primaries
Then day one of his term he served me crow pie
Never been so grateful to have been proven wrong
The man fed me crow pie for 4 years.
Delicious crow pie for 4 years
I would crawl over broken glass to vote for him again
Me, and those like me , are Trump’s strongest supporters
Eat that commies.
Which is why they are after our guns and we can’t let that happen.
I agree. McCarthy was right.
I voted for Donald J. Trump in 2016.
I voted for Donald J. Trump in 2020.
I will vote for Donald J. Trump if he is on my ballot in 2024
In fact I will vote for Donald J. Trump anytime his name appears on my ballot.
Now that you have had your 15 minutes of ‘fame’, slither back into your hole.
I think it is the beginning of a Revolutionary War. A war against a repressive Government! IMO
....and there are *STILL* people who believe that we can vote our way out of this quagmire.
Amazing!
“Recently retired judge Michael Luttig” is hoping Biden gets to nominate a SC Justice before November
These folks that demand Free Americans bend over to take it up the gonzonga seem to forget that history will eventually repeat. A new mantra could easily be “remember what happened to marie”. The progressive left has been figuratively losing their “collective” heads for some time now. Seems to some it could be made a more permanent loss. Just fyi.
