To give some context, this is the new “Destin”. Panama City was the place to go on the gulf for a long time, but it got over developed. People opted for Destin which was less commercial. Then that developed.
Watercolor is the new community for adults and families. It should be boring for the “kids”.
Walton county is a mess though. There’s a generation of teens and such there now that act up like everyone else. Fetynal has arrived too.
Seaside area used to be a beautiful drive between Panama City Beach and Destin. Nothing but scrub oaks, dunes and a few cabins. I stayed in a house there a few years ago. It was depressing when I thought about how it was before.
Is this what passes for reporting today?
A real reporter would have access to land records and have the name of the owner {at least} and maybe have asked the owner about the security system.
