Apple? Launch the “App Store” app on your phone, click the “search” magnifying glass, touch the space it shows you next to the pic of a magnifying glass and type Telegram into it. “Get” the Telegram App.
(You can type Truth Social to get the Truth Social app for IOS, as well.)
Android?
Same steps, except you start with the “Play Store”. (No Truth Social app there yet.)

Go to the App Store (if iPhone) or Google Play app (android phone) and search for ‘telegram’ and the app should appear as a choice. Choose ‘download’, open it when downloaded, log in using the ID you used on your laptop, and you should be ready to use it on your phone without having to log in again.

The US. Supreme Court has ruled 8-1 that leaders of North Carolina’s Republican legislature can step in to advocate for a voter ID law in court that they believe the state’s Democratic attorney general isn’t fighting hard enough to defend.

As long as it’s not a hard app. The hard apps are pre-installed by license agreement with the phone brand and can’t be removed, though they can usually be hidden in a box that I call ‘Useless Apps’ on my iPhone. I accomplish this by holding my finger on any app until they all jiggle. Then you place your finger on the screen over the app you want to hide and slide it directly on top of any other app you want to hide. A box will be created by this action and all apps moved in this manner will stay together in their own box of apps and you never have to click on them again. One box stores up to 9 apps on my iPhone.

I should have added that if it’s not a hard app, you remove it by holding any app until they all jiggle. If an ‘X’ or ‘-’ appears in the corner of the Telegram app, click the ‘X’ or ‘-’ and the app will be deleted with a warning. Sometimes, you’ll get a message just asking if you want to delete it. Choose yes if that’s the process your phone uses.
