Project Veritas had been shown it, did not figure it as newsworthy (perhaps at the price offered), Project Veritas has a full plate with the CNN staff, then was raided by the FBI.
I would say that as well, if I were offered it, mainly to protect myself and maybe to lower the price, like haggling with a used car salesman..................
