IMO, trans-ing or de-transing have inevitable insufficiencies that cannot be addressed by medicine despite the lofty medical dialogue and BS being promulgated by LGBTQ and their complicit medical hacks.
You can cut it off and make a plastic poontang; I’d supposed they’ve even figured out how to make a plastic wang, I dunno. What I do know is that the plumbing won’t work like God intended because God did not intend for you to cut it off (or add one, either).
In the end, you’d be left with untold medical considerations and implications for the rest of your life, a constantly growing dissatisfaction with the way things turned out and the finality that what you’ve done is permanent and not what you ultimately wanted.
