Please stop calling it mental health issue - that is current “proper” name for evil/ demonic.

Check out your bible, many instances of those demonic possessed speaking truth, in temple, to Jesus, to others. Jesus and some others cast out the evil spirits. Today we call it “mental health issues” and wonder why drugs and counselling don’t help it.

I am not saying their aren’t any persons with a true mental health issue but my guess is it’s much much less then those possessed or oppressed by demons.

I agree with you that demonic activity is far too often dismissed out of hand. That said, some people seem to choose evil of their own free will, and in such cases, the devil is perfectly happy to stand clear and let the person be about their business.

IMHO, it's not unlike pro-sports marketing strategies. Why do work and spend money promoting your team when people will buy your jerseys and bling and pay you for the privilege of promoting the team for you? While there is no doubt that demons exert their direct influence on certain individuals, I think they probably get more bang for their back corrupting systems, cultural standards and redefining pathologies and in doing so make it much easier and desirable for people to choose evil by their own free will.
