While Trump has earned the right of first refusal giving him the right of first look, he should not have an unchallenged right of return unless he can persuade us that he learned something from his first time around and will behave differently next time.

When will Donald Trump account for his colossal missteps and acts of omission during his first term? To wit, in case you weren’t paying attention:

We know you hate Trump. He has not been in FL calling the shots. Have you missed his numerous rallies all over the country? He is even going to Alaska to hold a rally to oust Murkowski. Trump is raising huge amounts of money. His family has been active supporting selected GOP candidates all over the country.

Trump has survived the Russia hoax, the Mueller investigation, and two impeachments. Now the third impeachment is underway with the J6 committee. The objective of the Dems and the Administrative State is to prevent Trump from running again and to demonize his supporters.

Trump can’t fight these battles by himself. McCarthy and McConnell are largely silent and they want to get rid of Trump. The swamp will do whatever is necessary to maintain the status quo. I doubt any American politician could have suffered the slings and arrows Trump has and still soldiered on. They have tried to destroy him personally using a series of legal actions to take him down. Trump fights and we should have his back.

Until he gets full and complete credit for the good things he accomplished, has his full reputation restored, the people who perpetrated the slander and fraud against him are punished, and the ones who illegally fostered election fraud that robbed him of a legitimate second term are sent to jail, he doesn’t owe squat to anyone.

Nor does anyone owe squat to him. 2024 will be about who each of us believe is the best candidate for that election - and that's it.

I ama suburban woman raised by a NY suburban woman around many suburban women and am friends with, work with, neighbors with and am cousin and sister to many suburban women. All of whom are either and conservative, atheist,
Devout Catholic, democrat, independent or Republican some are leftist, others are Reagan Republican.

Many of these women are the same as the women I see going to Trump rallies. Hello. Half the attendees at those rallies are women

Many of the women I know hate Trump and many love him while saying they wish he would be quiet. Many suburban women do not think. They believe what they are told to believe. They say they have no time to read up on issues they allow Nicole Wallace or joy Reed or their own husbands to tell them what to believe.

To a large extent, suburban women want peace. They take guns away from their sons. They tell everyone to stop fighting, allowing festering hatred to brew underneath a fight that would have been a quick skirmish. They tell their husbands what to do thinking they can do the same with the president of the US. They don’t want a challenge

A lot of them have no problem with Trump They tell me that the people whom trump insults are enemies of the country.

Suburban women are as varied as any group. The suburban women voting block people speak of is a leftist media creation. They pick an enemy of trump and tell trump to placate it

They could just as well shoot at Trump’s feet and tell him to dance.

The poster child suburban women the media and this stupid author points to disregarding the blatant cheating Biden did is a woman who hates what she cannot control in bringing quiet to her house. She has her family running away quietly sneaking out coming home late or completely wimped out an cowering daring to never make fun of her in the ways that really matter. Her hypocrisy

The suburban woman vote did not lose 2020 for Trump Trump
Won 2020.

“This is a good read.”

Don’t waste your time on time on this “good read”, unless you are one of those who never liked President Trump in the first place. If that’s you, go ahead and read it, you might enjoy discussing his supposed shortcomings.

And then go watch CNN, MSNBC and read the NYT. Watch the Jan 6th kangaroo trial farce - you’ll like that too.

I love Trump, and would gladly vote for him again. But honestly, Desantis is a better version of Trump, than Trump. I believe Desantis would blow Biden away in the election, while with Trump.. it might be close enough for the libs to steal again.

“ They are taking the democratic lines about food shortages/inflation caused by: 1. War in Ukraine 2. Greedy businessmen 3. Supply chain woes.

So I’m not at all confident they will blame the current problems on Biden who they voted for.”

They won’t. And they will never ever come around to liking Trump. That Trump does not care about that as he cannot control it, infuriates them.

But try as I do occasionally, pointing out to them that if there were this inflation with aTrump in charge they would blame him and also hang him. Upside down. On national tv

They absolutely cave

Trump's "tiresome tirades" are the very reason there is still focus on election fraud...

* * *

Yes, yes. I love Trump BECAUSE of his "tiresome tirades" and his "mean tweats".  You can't move the mountain without calling people out!  If you can't stand tirades and mean tweets, what have you got to hide?  Mmmm, George W. Bush?

And as evidenced by this story, the RINOs are bending over backwards to try and punch holes in Trump's armor. But there's no denying the Ultra MAGA King... Trump proved himself to be a fantastic President and the Republicans/Independent/UnWoke voters are calling for him to return from the wilderness where he was exiled to.

Trump made bad staff picks and endorsements last time.

He is doing the same this time....maybe even worse endorsements.

The Rino’s will never stop trying to sell the idea that the five years of lies, smears, sabotages, and illegal dirty tricks investigations we’re somehow Trump’s fault.

Go away trolls...!

There will be a lot of women in 2024 who didn’t vote for Trump in 2020 due to mean tweets, that will vote for him in 2024 due to $6 gas and skyhigh grocery bills.

Who is the author/idiot?

Clueless buffoon learned nothing. Still thinks like media tells him to think.

And then in his Dunning Kruger he writes about his simpletonism.

I don’t know much about Desantis former life so I looked it up.

Wiki said he worked as an assistant electrician in college to earn money, worked as a teacher for a year after college then served in the Navy from 2004 to 2010 when he was honorably discharged.

So yes most,of his jobs were government related but not as badly as say the idiot leading our country right now who went straight into law then politics.

Thanks for your testimony, stanne, and setting the record straight about what you saw. My hunch is you have captured the truth about the “suburban women” and it’s great to hear your perspective.

Agreed. The writer is essentailly, saying to Trump “you lost. Whether you got cheated or not you should just drop it because you are making too many waves”

It’s a defeatist attitude by the writer basically saying “Just give up, nothing we can do about it. Learn to live with it and move on” attitudes ike that are why we lose so much

And the EverTrumpers proved their hypocrisy again, by fully supporting Old Trump while denigrating electing Old Biden. They’ll have been the same age!
