The planned action had better start soon or I don’t know what will happen to this country.
Does this apply to Cali residents who give birth in Cali?
Can a Nevada resident come to Cali, give birth and legal terminate their newborn inside that window?
Can a Cali resident give birth in AZ and then claim Cali-sovereignty after they terminate their newborn?
The planned action had better start soon or I don’t know what will happen to this country.
“Planned” action is happening now. Timing is everything.
Difficult to read this crap, though.
Lastly, and most importantly, does the law require the mother to to be the one to actually terminate the newborn?
Maybe it should?
