I know it can be Reversed, but,... speaking of “Timing”,
do you see Q tolerating Feds daring to ramp up their home invasions process, search warrants, on Suspicion charges, for tweets, but taking your house apart, leaving with your guns and we’re left to find a defense lawyer?
(I’m thing here of “Alpha Patriot”, in CA, who thinks the alpha leaders/internet influencers are ripe for Fed take downs.)

If Congress affirms the Red Flag law, it will immediately go to SCOTUS.
They will hem and haw and make everyone think that SCOTUS hung the moon.
