IN a survival type situation is there an amount they say per person?
If I had to guess I’d say 1-2 lbs of food per person per day.
The Mormons take keeping a year’s supply on hand very seriously. They used to have centers where you could buy things in bulk, probably still do (you don’t have to be Mormon to shop there.)
They might have some good information.
