Joe Biden is, and has always been, a psychopath. From birth…before his dementia, he was a psychopath. His administration, and the entire U.S. government for that matter, is bursting at the seams with them.
Think of being governed by Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer or John Wayne Gacy - someone with no human conscience whatsoever - then think of that person developing dementia in later life.
