Rough night for me also, though I think my trouble sleeping is from Liz Chiney. Maddening.

My friend highly recommends this for magnesium. sprays it on the souls of her feet.

Has 4 1/2 star reviews on Amazon.

The magnesium lotion is similar to the magnesium oil I had suggested, was it last week?

We use it on our feet, before bed, and it has helped both hubby and I with our 😴

Swanson’s has their own brand, but, we also like Ancient Minerals.

And....I’m also going to keep the Rosemary Siemens relaxing hymns link handy.
