*whew*
I think I rested more at work than I do here!
I paused in my kitchen to decide on which cookbooks
I can do without.
I hate to part with them, but the ones I don’t use much
may be a treasure for someone else!

I rediscovered my 117 year old cookbook titled :
“The Twentieth Century Cookbook and Practical Housekeeping.”
NOBODY is getting That one!

It was fun to get lost in it for awhile this afternoon!
Hope you guys are having/ had a good day.
Mine was okay until I vacuumed the living room, and my back
freaked out!
Rest and medicine helped quite a lot.

Keep old cookbooks because they use fewer ingredients and taste better. We are now in shrinkflation. Just found a wacky Cake recipe and another plain cake recipe without butter. Both taste wonderful.

Love those old cookbooks that require you to really make from scratch.

I’d be keeping that one too.
