My cheesecake recipe is a very simple one, but everyone seems to like it. It’s called 1-2-3-4 cheesecake. One cup sugar, 2 pkgs. cream cheese, 3 eggs, 4 tsp. (but I just pour lol) vanilla. Bake it in a prepared graham cracker crust for an hour at 300.
