How was your afternoon?
I don’t know about you...but, we had way too much to eat. SIL went overboard with ribs for first course, delicious burgers, afterwards....then, we still had dessert!
I over baked the cake :-(
The flavor was still good and the browned butter frosting was YUM. All of those great ingredients....whaaah....lol.
The peach cobbler made up for it. I think I’ll stick to making cobblers and crisps, for the rest of the summer. A great excuse to have ice cream 😋
I think I need to go walk a couple of miles!
